We are an informal bunch who meet some Mondays at 6:30 for an hour or so at The Charter Pub, Rimmington Way to plot how best to serve others in our community, and to have some fun doing so. Mix96 2nd Annual Pancake Race in Aylesbury; It's the taking part that counts!

Rtn Sarah Fraser, Rtn Bill Russell, Alan Mwale, Councillor Michael Beall
Rotary is about supporting your community and on Pancake Day in Aylesbury this means being a relay team that competes in the town centre in a knockout competition where you run flipping a pancake while doing a few laps up and down Kingsbury Square. As they say, it's all about taking part... The local radio station, Mix96 sponsor the event and it's great fun. The winners, Noodle Nation were young, fit, and no doubt spent some time in the kitchen practising their technique.

Money raised on the day went to Tiggiwinkles Animal Hospital.

If you want to support your community in ways like this, be part of a team, and would like to know more about how to join us, then please read more about us, or contact us by email.
